八者既有三人索者，何故無菩薩領解耶？但明二乘領解，不明菩薩領解，故知無菩薩索也。

Eighth: If three kinds of people demanded [the carriages], why is there no receptive understanding expressed by a bodhisattva? It clarifies only the receptive understanding of the two vehicles and does not clarify receptive understanding by a bodhisattva; hence we know that there is no demand by a bodhisattva.
