答：付財譬進未及一乘、退復非三藏，既是別教復是別時，宜開為一也。喚子得與教作人，無有二教亦無二時，不應開為兩也。

Answer: The parable of entrusting the wealth, advancing does not yet reach the one vehicle, and receding is again not the Tripiṭaka [teaching]; being both a distinct teaching and a distinct period, it is fitting to open it as one. Calling the son and reaching him, and instructing him to be a laborer, involve neither two teachings nor two periods, so they should not be opened as two.
