答曰：亦然也。是故經云「同在一座，有人聞佛說法、有人見佛默然。」如肇師云：「心生於有心，像出於有像」，即其事也。

Answer: It is also so. Therefore the sūtra says: 'Together in the same seat, some hear the Buddha teach the Dharma, while some see the Buddha silent.' As Master Zhao said: 'Mind arises from what has mind; forms emerge from what has forms'—this is precisely that matter.
