答：信為初門故前說受持，以信力故能讀誦，故能讀誦竟方解義，解義故為他說，使法流通故書之也。
Answer: Faith is the initial gateway, so receiving and upholding are spoken of first; by the power of faith one can read and recite; having read and recited, one then understands the meaning; because one understands the meaning, one speaks for others; to cause the Dharma to circulate, one copies it.
