答：依經次第明深淺者，直信之則易故在前，以有信故能讀，讀故能誦，誦故能解說，解說故云書寫，即是從淺至深也。

Answer: Clarifying the shallow and deep according to the sequence of the sūtra: simply having faith is easy, so it comes first; because there is faith, one can read; because of reading, one can recite; because of reciting, one can explain; because of explaining, one copies it; that is, proceeding from the shallow to the deep.
