答：下偈云「若聞是深經，決了聲聞法。」決了聲聞法者，知其是三權，一乘為實也。又長行云「開方便門示真實相」，即釋近遠之意，故知爾也。

Answer: The verse below says: 'If one hears this profound sūtra, / one definitely resolves the dharma of the śrāvaka.' 'Definitely resolves the dharma of the śrāvaka' means knowing that these three are provisional and the one vehicle is real. Furthermore, the prose states: 'Opening the gate of skillful means, showing the true mark.' This precisely explains the meaning of near and far; hence it is known to be so.
