答：可軌名法，清淨名梵。《十住論》云「此輪能除眾生三毒使得清淨，故云梵輪。」《婆娑》云「梵音說故，名為梵輪。」

Answer: What can serve as a model is called Dharma; what is pure is called Brahmā. The Daśabhūmika-vibhāṣā says, 'This wheel can eliminate the three poisons of sentient beings and cause them to attain purity, hence it is called the wheel of Brahmā.' The Vibhāṣā says, 'Because it is spoken with a Brahmā voice, it is called the wheel of Brahmā.'
