答：二乘人行此行到涅槃彼岸，亦稱波羅蜜；但不能到佛道彼岸，故比菩薩非波羅蜜耳。又《釋論》明小乘人具有六度，以佛毘曇即是波若，定即禪，戒為尸羅，道品中精進即毘梨耶，能忍呵罵即忍，有布施即是檀也。

Answer: When practitioners of the two vehicles practice these practices and reach the other shore of nirvāṇa, they are also called pāramitās; but because they cannot reach the other shore of the Buddha path, by comparison with bodhisattvas they are not pāramitās. Furthermore, the *Commentary* explains that practitioners of the Hinayana fully possess the six perfections: the Buddha's abhidharma is prajñā; concentration is dhyāna; moral discipline is śīla; diligence among the factors of the path is vīrya; being able to endure scolding and abuse is kṣānti; and possessing giving is dāna.
