答：《婆娑》云「陳如一人得初道，時四人住四善根」也。但三轉有二種：一者四諦三轉，如前。二者一諦三轉，謂是苦、苦應知、苦我已知。集等亦爾也。

Answer: The *Vibhāṣā* states: "Only Kauṇḍinya attained the initial path, while at that time the four persons remained in the four roots of goodness." However, there are two kinds of three turnings: first, the three turnings of the four truths, as described above; second, the three turnings of a single truth, which means: "This is suffering; suffering should be known; suffering has been known by me." Origination and the others are likewise.
