答：第四禪勉三災，而有始起終滅，故無常。復有念念無常。淨土亦具斯二也。

Answer: The fourth dhyāna escapes the three calamities, yet it has an initial arising and a final cessation, so it is impermanent. Furthermore, it has moment-to-moment impermanence. The pure land also possesses both of these.
