「常精進」者，以眾生常有諸苦，是故大士恒須濟拔，故言常精進也。
'Nityodyukta' (Constantly Vigorous): because sentient beings constantly undergo various sufferings, this great being must ceaselessly rescue them; therefore he is called Constantly Vigorous.
