二、論品次差別者，又開五義：一、生起次第，二、明具義多小，三、論品前後，四、明品有無，五、別釋序品。

Second, concerning the discussion of the order of the chapters, five points are again opened: first, the sequence of arising; second, explaining the greater or lesser number of meanings included; third, discussing the precedence of the chapters; fourth, explaining the presence or absence of chapters; fifth, a specific exposition of the Introductory Chapter.
