1.65

初明正行，次明正解，次辨除障修行之緣，然此三門必依聖教，此四攝事既周，故不得多少也。

The first clarifies correct practice; the second clarifies correct understanding; the next explains the conditions for removing hindrances and cultivating practice. Yet these three sections must depend on the sacred teaching. Since these four encompass all matters completely, there could be neither more nor less.
