「佛說是法」下，第二、明瑞相。顯理既彰，悟道非一，是故感於嘉瑞。凡有八瑞，如文所列也。

From "When the Buddha expounded this Dharma" downward is the second [section], explaining the auspicious signs. Since the manifestation of the principle has already become clear and those who awaken to the Way are not few, this therefore induces auspicious portents. There are eight auspicious signs in total, as listed in the text.
