說法不定，一者、一身說一法門；二者、一身說一切法門；三者、一切身說一法門；四者、一切身說一切法門。《華嚴經》中善知識但說一法門，今觀世音現一切身說一切法門。

The preaching of the Dharma is unfixed: first, one body preaches one Dharma gate; second, one body preaches all Dharma gates; third, all bodies preach one Dharma gate; fourth, all bodies preach all Dharma gates. In the Avataṃsaka Sūtra, good spiritual friends only preach a single Dharma gate; here, Avalokiteśvara manifests all bodies and preaches all Dharma gates.
