There are four propositions regarding urgency in the vehicle and slackness in the precepts: first, slack in the vehicle and urgent in the precepts: born among devas and humans but does not attain the path; second, urgent in the vehicle and slack in the precepts: born in the destinies of ghosts and dragons and attains the path; third, urgent in both vehicle and precepts: born among devas and humans and attains the path; fourth, slack in both: born in other destinies and does not attain the path. From "Vajradhara spirit" onward is the third [part], displaying bodies that are neither ordinary beings nor sages. Being ghosts and spirits belonging to the dwelling of the Four Heavenly Kings, they are therefore not sages; yet his actual body is the Buddha Rucika, and therefore he is not an ordinary being. "Rucika" is translated here as "the weeping Buddha," who dwells alone through half a Bhadrakalpa to deliver sentient beings. From "Akṣayamati" onward is the second [part], the summary conclusion.
