就初文中復聞三意：初有三偈，正標所疑事致請；次、一偈，騰眾意請；第三、一偈，催答請。初文兩偈半，標所疑之事，半偈正請也。上現三瑞，今偏標光者，為光中所見事多。又光是瑞中之本故也。

Within the first text, three points are further heard: First, three verses directly indicate the doubted matters to make the request; next, one verse conveys the assembly's intention to request; third, one verse urges an answer in making the request. In the first text, two and a half verses indicate the doubted matters, and half a verse makes the direct request. Above, three omens were manifested; now, light alone is indicated because the matters seen within the light are numerous. Moreover, light is the fundamental among the omens.
