2.32

《法華》者會一切乘同入一乘，今將明收入之義，故前辨出生，以從一法生一切法，故一切法還歸一法，所以將辨收入前明出生，是故前說出生為收入之序也。

The Lotus Sūtra gathers all vehicles together into the ekayāna. Now, about to explain the meaning of gathering in, he first explains emergence: because all dharmas emerge from the one dharma, all dharmas ultimately return to the one dharma. Thus, about to explain gathering in, he first clarifies emergence; therefore, the prior explanation of emergence serves as the preface to gathering in.
