就益而言亦得稱實，今望理實無三假名說三，據理望教故名方便。

Speaking in terms of benefit, it may also be termed the real. Now, looking toward the principle, there are really not three, yet provisionally three are spoken of; judging the teaching in light of the principle, it is called upāya.
