二者、為釋成上道理唯一。以由五濁故方便說三，故知道理唯一也。就文為三：初、總標諸佛出五濁世；次、別列五濁名；三者、釋。「劫濁」者，謂惡時也。

Second, it is to explain and consummate the above principle being uniquely one. Because on account of the five turbidities they expediently preached the three, one therefore knows that the principle is uniquely one. With respect to the text, there are three parts: first, generally designating the buddhas appearing in a world of five turbidities; next, separately listing the names of the five turbidities; third, explaining them. 'Kalpa turbidity' refers to an evil time.
