「及以阿羅漢」下，第三、明稟教得益。就文為二：初、明得益；次、釋疑。前明轉四諦法輪，今辨三寶現世。「阿羅漢」者，佛寶也。《律》云，佛為五人說法，五人喚佛為羅漢也。

From "And also arhats" onward is the third part: clarifying receiving the teaching and obtaining the benefit. In the text there are two parts: first, clarifying obtaining the benefit; next, resolving doubts. The preceding clarified turning the wheel of the Dharma of the four truths; now it explains the three jewels appearing in the world. "Arhat" refers to the Buddha jewel. The *Vinaya* says that when the Buddha preached the Dharma for the five men, the five men addressed the Buddha as an arhat.
