From "Such are the terrifying, eerie forms in that house" downward is the second [part], consisting of half a line, summarizing its faults and perils. "That house" is the house of the three realms. "Terrifying" means that the defilements can harm the dharmakāya and the life of wisdom, and are thus dreadful. "Eerie forms" means monstrous and strange appearances. The mind is fundamentally pure yet gives rise to defilements; turning against and harming ultimate principle, they can bring about painful retribution, like monstrous aberrations.
