6.131

此正譬在家起愛眾生，但明有於三毒，未是推獲求理，故不明疑使，疑使在後說之。事中之疑非使性攝，故不說也。

This directly illustrates sentient beings living as householders who give rise to affection; it merely explains the presence of the three poisons, not yet inquiring into or seeking principle; therefore it does not explain the underlying drive of doubt, which is explained later. Doubt concerning worldly affairs is not subsumed under the nature of an underlying drive, and thus is not mentioned.
