具有二義。若道理無二唯有一者，則二是方便、一是真實，是故前云「唯此一事實餘二則非真」，後又云「唯有一佛乘息處故說二」也。

It possesses both meanings. If in terms of principle there are not two but only one, then the two are expedient means and the one is real; therefore it was said earlier, "Only this one matter is real, while the other two are not true," and it is said later, "There is only the one Buddha vehicle; for the sake of a resting place, two are spoken of."
