「其佛未出家時」下，第二、明十六王子請轉法輪。亦開三別：一、與眷屬至於佛所；二、到已恭敬讚歎；三、正請說法。

From 'When that Buddha had not yet left home' down is the second [section], explaining the sixteen princes requesting the turning of the wheel of the Dharma. This also opens into three divisions: 1. Going with their retinues to the Buddha's location; 2. Having arrived, paying reverent homage and praising him; 3. Directly requesting the preaching of the Dharma.
