凡夫學人乃未出三界，亦謂二乘涅槃是究竟法，故亦得起此想也。
Although ordinary beings and trainees have not yet left the three realms, they also regard the nirvāṇa of the two vehicles as the ultimate dharma; hence they too can give rise to this thought.
