時永仁甲午黃鐘中旬，緇素男女合力運功，雕□當文頌行普率，願上報四恩、下施三有也。

At the middle third of the eleventh month (Huangzhong) in the jiawu year of the Einin era [1294], monastic and lay, men and women, joined their efforts and applied their labor to carve [...] this text, the verses, and the prose, universally throughout, wishing above to repay the four kindnesses and below to bestow [benefit] upon the three realms of existence.
