「藥王其有」下，第二、歎弘經人福重也。「以佛莊嚴而自莊嚴」者，佛以正觀之法莊嚴於人，通經之人亦入正觀故以法嚴人。又佛住大乘用萬德而自莊嚴，弘經之人行與佛應，亦隨分具佛萬德也。「則為如來肩所荷擔」者，如來荷擔於法，持經之人既其弘法，佛以恭敬於法，既擔所弘之法亦擔能弘之人也。

From “Bhaiṣajyarāja, if there is anyone” onward is the second part, praising the great blessings of the propagator of the sūtra. Regarding “adorns himself with the adornment of the Buddha”: the Buddha adorns people with the Dharma of correct contemplation; the person who propagates the sūtra also enters into correct contemplation, and thus adorns people with the Dharma. Furthermore, the Buddha abides in the Mahāyāna and adorns himself with the myriad virtues; the practice of the propagator of the sūtra accords with the Buddha, and he also possesses the myriad virtues of the Buddha according to his capacity. Regarding “he is carried upon the Tathāgata’s shoulders”: the Tathāgata carries the Dharma upon his shoulders; since the keeper of the sūtra propagates the Dharma, the Buddha, out of reverence for the Dharma, carries both the Dharma that is propagated and the person who is able to propagate it.
