「藥王在在處處」下，第三、寄處歎。前明在人則人尊，今辨在處則處貴也。「不須復安舍利」者，《法華論》云「此經具說三種佛菩提，故十七名中一名堅固舍利，如來真如法身於此經中常不壞，故不須更安碎身舍利也」。

From “Bhaiṣajyarāja, wherever in any place” onward is the third part, praising with reference to the place. Previously it was clarified that being with the person makes the person honored; now it is distinguished that being at a place makes the place noble. Regarding “there is no need to enshrine relics”: the Fahua lun states, “This sūtra fully expounds the three kinds of Buddha-bodhi; therefore, among the seventeen names, one is ‘solid relics.’ The Tathāgata's true-suchness dharmakāya is eternally indestructible in this sūtra, so there is no need to further enshrine broken-body relics.”
