2.23

As that sūtra explains, from the assembly of the Avataṃsaka up to the gathering prior to the Lotus Sūtra, whether Mahāyāna or Hīnayāna, mundane or supramundane, all teachings are produced from the single signless dharma. Not only does the single signless dharma produce all teachings, it also produces all bodies from the single signless dharma; therefore, all bodies—ordinary and noble, sentient and insentient—are produced from the single signless dharma.
