七者《智度論》云「解四悉檀，則知十二部經、八萬四千法藏無相違背」，今常行慈忍謂三悉檀，知畢竟空了第一義，作四悉檀為物弘經，則識一切教無相違背，謂無諍法師。

Seventh: the Dàzhìdù lùn states: "Understanding the four siddhāntas, one knows that the twelve divisions of the scriptures and eighty-four thousand Dharma treasuries do not contradict one another." Now, constantly practicing benevolence and patience constitutes three siddhāntas, while knowing ultimate emptiness is comprehending the ultimate-truth [siddhānta]; using the four siddhāntas to propagate the sūtra for the sake of beings, one recognizes that all teachings do not contradict one another; this refers to the non-contending Dharma master.
