保安三年二月八日（丁酉）書始，同廿八日本末合二卷書了。法隆寺僧覺印之。

Began copying on the eighth day (dingyou) of the second month in the third year of Hōan; finished copying the two fascicles, beginning and end, on the twenty-eighth day of the same month. Kakuin, monk of Hōryū-ji.
