贊曰：此會四眾。有三：初會初行惡行果；二會中途從化果，「畢是罪」下是；後會古今眾。

The Commentary says: This identifies the four assemblies. There are three parts: first, identifying the fruit of their initial evil deeds; second, identifying the fruit of their transformation halfway through, which begins from 'when they had finished paying for their sins'; later, identifying the ancient and present assemblies.
