贊曰：下十二頌付囑。中分三：二標無窮，八半別歎，後一半結勸。此初也。歎持經者福以勸眾人。

Eulogy: Below are twelve verses on the entrustment. They are divided into three parts: two verses marking its inexhaustibility; eight and a half verses praising it individually; and the final half-verse concluding with encouragement. This is the first. It praises the merit of those who uphold the sūtra in order to encourage the multitudes.
