10.180

贊曰：若不信此經令行餘經。謂遇二乘化此妙法，如其不信，且說般若大乘深法調伏其心，後化此法。

The Eulogy says: If they do not believe this sūtra, they are to be made to practice other sūtras. This means that upon encountering those of the two vehicles, one transforms them with this wonderful Dharma; if they do not believe, one temporarily speaks the profound Dharma of the Mahāyāna prajñā to subdue their minds, and afterward transforms them with this Dharma.
