10.351

贊曰：下第二大段問答化行。有四：一問，二答，三奉獻，四結告。此初也。「遊」者自利，即是神通。「為說法」者，教化他利。「方便之力」者，謂上二種是。智慧巧用，應物心以濟拔。

The Commentary says: The second major section below is the dialogue on transformative practice. It has four [parts]: first, the question; second, the answer; third, the presentation of offerings; fourth, the concluding statement. This is the first [part]. 'Roam' pertains to benefiting oneself, which is supernormal power. 'Preaches the Dharma' pertains to teaching and transforming to benefit others. 'Power of expedient means' refers to the two above. It is the skillful application of wisdom, responding to the minds of living beings in order to deliver them.
