10.363

贊曰：下佛告。中分四：初三頌總標許說，次十二頌正答名因，次三頌答化行，後七頌歎德勸歸。此初。分三：初一頌敘答總標應諸方所名、行雙說；次一頌談往因行、發願，逢緣長劫修行不思議行也；後一頌許陳名、行。耳目曾經，心念無謬，定能滅苦。

The Commentary says: Below is the Buddha's proclamation. It is divided into four [parts]: first, three verses generally indicate and promise to explain; next, twelve verses directly answer the reason for the name; next, three verses answer regarding the transformative practice; finally, seven verses praise his virtue and encourage refuge. This is the first [part], divided into three: first, one verse relates the response, generally indicating his responding to all quarters and stating both name and practice; next, one verse speaks of past causal practices and vows, meeting conditions to cultivate inconceivable practices over vast kalpas; the last verse promises to explain the name and practice. If ear and eye have experienced him and mindful thought is without error, he can certainly extinguish suffering.
