贊曰：下二天。中初文有三：初標，次說，後結勝。「毘沙門」者此云多聞，四天王中北方之天也，常讚佛法。

The Commentary says: Below are the two devas. Within the first text there are three parts: first, indicating; next, speaking [the incantation]; last, concluding its superiority. “Vaiśravaṇa” is translated here as “Much Heard”; he is the northern deva among the Four Heavenly Kings, who constantly praises the Buddha’s Dharma.
