保安三年（壬寅）七月十一日（丁卯）申剋書寫了，法隆寺住僧覺印之。

Copying was completed at the hour of the monkey [3–5 p.m.] on the eleventh day (dingmao) of the seventh month in the third year of Hōan (renyin) [1122 CE] by the resident monk Kakuin of Hōryū-ji.
