10.73

贊曰：下舌具用。分五：一巧說法，二多眾來聽，三得供養，四近賢聖，五擁護說法。多眾來聽有三：一天，二龍等，三四眾來聽。

The Commentary says: Below is the functioning of the tongue as an instrument. It is divided into five: first, skillful preaching of the Dharma; second, many assemblies coming to listen; third, receiving offerings; fourth, drawing near to the worthy and noble; fifth, protection of the preaching of the Dharma. 'Many assemblies coming to listen' has three parts: first, devas; second, nāgas and others; third, the four assemblies coming to listen.
