保安三年十月十九日移點已了，以興福寺圓如房之本，法隆寺僧覺印為令法久住為之。

The collation and punctuation were completed on the nineteenth day of the tenth month in the third year of Hōan [1122 CE], based on the text of the Ennyobō of Kōfuku-ji, executed by the monk Kakuin of Hōryū-ji so that the Dharma may long abide.
