贊曰：此舉奇詢答，牒隨順威儀住以為問。入三昧，三昧理深名不可思議，　動地雨華名現希有事，　或雨華、動地、放光、遠照、外應物機皆名神變。　牒瑞徵因所攝，　唯入三昧名為希有事，　誰能答者詢訪答人。

The Eulogy says: This brings up the marvel to ask for an answer, restating the abiding in harmonious comportment to pose the question. Entering samādhi: the principle of samādhi is profound, termed 'inconceivable'. Quaking the earth and raining flowers is termed 'displaying rare occurrences'. Or again, raining flowers, quaking the earth, emitting light, illuminating afar, and outwardly responding to the capacities of beings are all called 'spiritual transformations'. Under what is subsumed by restating the auspicious sign to inquire about the cause, only entering samādhi is named a 'rare occurrence'. 'Who can answer this?' is searching for someone to provide the answer.
