贊曰：此一頌忍。讀誦經典、思惟法義、諦察法忍，舉難偏說，攝餘二忍謂耐怨害忍、安受苦忍。

Eulogy: This one verse praises patience. Reading and reciting the sūtras, contemplating the meaning of the Dharma, and discerning the Dharma with patience—by raising the difficult aspect, it is uniquely spoken of, subsuming the other two patiences: the patience of enduring injury and hostility, and the patience of calmly enduring suffering.
