贊曰：此二頌結造塔勝，因造塔故國界殊特，塔逈高嚴，眾寶綵飾，如天帝釋圓生樹王花開之時，端嚴絕比，逈光諸樹，故以為喻。

The Commentary says: These two verses conclude with the excellence of erecting stūpas. Because of the erection of the stūpas, the lands are extraordinary: the stūpas are towering, lofty, and magnificent, adorned with colorful jewels, just like when the flowers of the Pārijāta tree-king of Śakra, Lord of the Devas, blossom, uniquely dignified and peerless, far outshining all other trees; hence it is used as a metaphor.
