贊曰：第四二頌現入涅槃中：初一頌現入涅槃，後一頌見失良醫精勤慕道。
The Commentary says: The fourth point, within the two verses on manifestly entering nirvāṇa: the first verse shows manifestly entering nirvāṇa; the latter verse shows their diligent and yearning pursuit of the path upon seeing the loss of the good physician.
