贊曰：上四十三頌頌長行，下之二頌大文第三語眾勸知陳佛今說，有二：初一頌明佛說法雨道芽生令進善也，後一頌明佛說法令求道者疑惑皆除斷滅眾惡。此初也。

The Commentary says: The forty-three verses above versified the prose; the two verses below are the third major section of the text, addressing the assembly to urge them to know and explaining what the Buddha now preaches, having two parts: the first verse explains that the rain of the Buddha's preaching of the Dharma makes the sprout of the path grow, causing them to advance in goodness; the latter verse explains that the Buddha's preaching of the Dharma causes doubts and perplexities among seekers of the path to be entirely removed, severing and eliminating manifold evils. This is the first.
