保安三年四月四日書了，法隆寺僧覺印之。同年十月廿二日移點了，興福寺圓如房本。法隆寺僧覺印為令法久住為之，以左點可為指南（云云）。

Written on the 4th day of the 4th month of the 3rd year of Hōan [1122 CE] by the monk Kakuin of Hōryū-ji. On the 22nd day of the 10th month of the same year, the diacritical points were transferred, based on the copy of Ennyobō of Kōfuku-ji. Done by the monk Kakuin of Hōryū-ji so that the Dharma may long endure; the left-side marks may serve as a guide (and so forth).
