四教菩薩法，為化根熟菩薩隨彼法器而能成就，不化二乘等故。

Fourth, "the Dharma for Teaching Bodhisattvas": because it transforms mature-rooted bodhisattvas in accordance with their [capacity as] Dharma vessels and can accomplish them, rather than transforming [followers of] the two vehicles and the like.
