贊曰：頌餘眾請。此土佛出無轉輪王，故說諸國轉輪王至。「具足道」者，大乘理故。
The Commentary says: This versifies the request of the remaining assembly. In this land when the Buddha appears, there is no cakravartin; therefore it speaks of the cakravartins of various lands arriving. The 'complete path' is the Mahāyāna principle.
