3.111

贊曰：此堪聞，有三因：一遇良緣曾見諸佛，二性聰叡諸根猛利，三解識真義智慧明了，故能聞信。

The Eulogy says: This [shows their] capacity to hear, having three causes: first, they have encountered good conditions and previously seen many buddhas; second, their nature is intelligent and their sense faculties are keen; third, they understand and recognize the true meaning, and their wisdom is lucid; therefore, they are able to hear and believe.
